Join us at the Fidalgo Bay Resort Convention Center on Saturday October 12th (10 am to 2 pm) for the Samish Health Fair! Admission and activities are free. All are welcome. The event, in coordination with partner organizations, will include wellness exhibits, health screenings, fitness and healthy cooking demonstrations and bone density screenings for women. Sample native foods, teas and herbs. Enjoy free herb starts, free therapeutic massage, giveaways, healthy snacks and refreshments.
